Guatemala - Medium Roast
Flavor Notes
Ground coffee smells of chocolate and cherry. Brewed coffee has medium acidity, leads with slight fruit and finishes strongly with chocolate and caramel.
About this coffee
This coffee comes from ASOPCE, a cooperative of 450 smallholder farmers tucked into the highlands of Huehuetenango - one of Guatemala's most celebrated coffee growing regions. Sitting between 1,350 and 2,050 meters above sea level, the farms benefit from cool mountain air and mineral-rich clay soils, conditions that push the beans to develop slowly and with more complexity.
These beans are fully washed and are certified USDA organic. They were harvested between December 2025 and April 2026.
